C\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159en\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu ve form\u011b B2B koopera\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a nov\u00e9, samostatn\u00e9 platformy na podporu digit\u00e1ln\u00ed transformace. Tato platforma zahrnuje mimo jin\u00e9 znalostn\u00ed datab\u00e1zi, mentoringov\u00e9 slu\u017eby a n\u00e1stroj pro p\u00e1rov\u00e1n\u00ed (matching) propojuj\u00edc\u00ed MSP a odborn\u00edky. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm workshop\u016f, osv\u011btov\u00fdch aktivit a iniciace nov\u00fdch inova\u010dn\u00edch spoluprac\u00ed jsou MSP c\u00edlen\u011b seznamov\u00e1ny s digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi technologiemi a dlouhodob\u011b propojov\u00e1ny<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NET4DIGI sleduje v\u00edcestup\u0148ov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Aktivace a propojov\u00e1n\u00ed MSP<\/strong><br>Dvojjazy\u010dn\u00e9 workshopy, osv\u011btov\u00e9 kampan\u011b a poradensk\u00e9 slu\u017eby podporuj\u00ed MSP p\u0159i vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u011b jsou iniciov\u00e1ny nov\u00e9 p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce a konsorcia. V\u00fdsledky projektu jsou nakonec prom\u00edtnuty do politick\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. V\u00fdvoj platformy<\/strong><br>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b poznatk\u016f z pr\u016fzkum\u016f, workshop\u016f a anal\u00fdz pot\u0159eb je vyvinuta a technicky realizov\u00e1na samostatn\u00e1 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed platforma s datab\u00e1zemi, funkcemi pro p\u00e1rov\u00e1n\u00ed a mentoringov\u00fdmi moduly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Anal\u00fdza a budov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacit<\/strong><br>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku jsou zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1ny pot\u0159eby MSP, analyzov\u00e1ny st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a organizace BSO jsou posilov\u00e1ny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00fdch workshop\u016f a v\u00fdm\u011bny znalost\u00ed. Tato f\u00e1ze slou\u017e\u00ed k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed koncepce nov\u00e9 platformy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektinhalte und Ziele<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NET4DIGI st\u00e4rkt die grenz\u00fcbergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Digitalisierung und Innovation zwischen s\u00e4chsischen und tschechischen KMU und Business Support Organisations (BSO). Ziel ist der Aufbau eines funktionalen \u00d6kosystems in Form eines B2B-Kooperationsnetzwerks und einer neuen, eigenst\u00e4ndigen Plattform zur Unterst\u00fctzung der digitalen Transformation. Diese Plattform umfasst u. a. eine Wissensdatenbank, Mentoring-Services und ein Matching-Tool zur Verbindung von KMU und Expert:innen. Durch Workshops, Sensibilisierungsma\u00dfnahmen und die Initiierung neuer Innovationskooperationen werden KMU gezielt an digitale Technologien herangef\u00fchrt und nachhaltig vernetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorgehensweise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NET4DIGI folgt einem mehrstufigen Ansatz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Analyse und Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau<\/strong><br>Zu Beginn werden die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der KMU erhoben, bestehende Unterst\u00fctzungsinstrumente analysiert und BSOs durch gemeinsame Workshops und Wissensaustausch gest\u00e4rkt. Diese Phase dient der Konzeptentwicklung f\u00fcr die neue Plattform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Plattformentwicklung<\/strong><br>Basierend auf den Erkenntnissen aus Umfragen, Workshops und Bedarfsanalysen wird eine eigenst\u00e4ndige digitale Plattform mit Datenbanken, Matching-Funktionen und Mentoring-Modulen entwickelt und technisch umgesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Aktivierung und Vernetzung der KMU<\/strong><br>Zweisprachige Workshops, Sensibilisierungskampagnen und Beratungsangebote unterst\u00fctzen KMU bei der Nutzung digitaler Technologien. Gleichzeitig werden neue grenz\u00fcberschreitende Kooperationen und Konsortien initiiert.
