Thermoplastic hybrid yarns are used as starting material, which enable fully automated preform production with low waste. Braiding technology in particular allows the production of textile reinforcements with very high draping properties, making it possible to produce highly complex profile structures with strong contour jumps.
Als Ausgangshalbzeug kommen thermoplastische Hybridgarne zum Einsatz, welche eine vollautomatisierte verschnittarme Preformfertigung ermöglichen. Insbesondere die Flechttechnologie erlaubt hier die Fertigung von Textilverstärkungen mit sehr hoher Drapierfähigkeit, wodurch hochkomplexe Profilstrukturen mit starken Kontursprüngen realisiert werden können.
