aim
Since its founding in August 2009, the Research Center for Research Promotion and Technology Transfer has been investigating the legal framework that governs research and development as well as technology transfer at national and international level. To cover the different areas of law and their interfaces, an interdisciplinary approach is necessary, which mainly includes intellectual property law, state aid and antitrust law as well as civil and corporate law. These legal research emphases are also strongly influenced by European law and case law.
