Natural fibre organo sheets with biopolymers represent a new generation of materials. The natural fibre structure is bonded to a matrix of biobased thermoplastic material, resulting in a semi-finished product of completely biobased composite material.
Due to the naturally good adhesion between natural fibre and biopolymer it is possible to work without adhesion promoter.
Naturfaser-Organobleche mit Biopolymeren stellen eine neue Werkstoff-generation dar. Die Naturfaserstruktur wird dabei mit einer Matrix aus biobasiertem thermoplastischem Kunststoff verbunden, so dass ein Halbzeug aus komplett biobasiertem Verbundwerkstoff entsteht.
Durch die naturgemäß gute Haftung zwischen Naturfaser und Biopolymer kann ohne Haftvermittler gearbeitet werden.
